Scouts have recently updated and improved their safety learning to help all volunteers deliver activities safely and know what to do in an emergency.

All volunteers are expected to complete the new course by 14 July 2025. Please check your expiry date, as you may be expected to complete it earlier if you’re coming up to your three-year renewal.

The learning is now completed through scouts.org.uk.

Please head to scouts.org.uk/safetylearningsupport for instructions on how to complete the learning and additional support if you need it.

We’d appreciate if you could complete the learning as soon as possible, so it’s completed in advance of your expiry date.
