Lead Volunteer for Programme

We are recruiting a NI Lead Volunteer for Programme to help shape what young people experience in Scouting across Northern Ireland.

This role brings together the Squirrel, Beaver, Cub, Scout, 14–24 and International Teams to ensure our programme remains exciting, consistent and relevant. You will support volunteers with clear guidance and resources, oversee a strong programme of events, and ensure youth voice helps shape what we deliver.

As a key member of the NI Leadership Team, you will help set the strategic direction for programme development and ensure young people continue to gain Skills for Life.

Lead Volunteer for Volunteering

We are recruiting a NI Lead Volunteer for Volunteering to strengthen how we support, develop and value volunteers across Northern Ireland.

This role focuses on shaping volunteer development, training, governance, inclusion and recognition. You will help create a positive and consistent volunteer experience — from the moment someone joins Scouts through to senior leadership.

Working closely with the Chief Volunteer and the Volunteer Development Team, you will play a key role in setting the strategic direction for volunteering within Scouts NI.
