Lead Volunteer roles now open

Date: 22nd May 2026 Author: Phoebe McDowell

We’re looking for people who want to play their part and help shape the future of Scouting across Northern Ireland.

Three exciting volunteer leadership roles are now open:

Each role sits at a national level, supporting volunteers across Northern Ireland and helping us deliver Scouts for everyone.

They play a key part in bringing our Place to belong strategy to life – whether that’s strengthening governance, making Scouts more inclusive, or shaping how we support and train volunteers.

You’ll work closely with Scott Robinson, Lead Volunteer for Volunteering, and volunteers across Northern Ireland to support others, share ideas and make a real difference to our movement.

We’re looking for people who enjoy working with others, bring fresh thinking and want to help grow Scouting for the future.

Why get involved?

  • Make an impact across Northern Ireland
  • Help volunteers thrive and grow
  • Be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team
  • Help more young people gain skills for life

How to apply
