Scouts Patrol Leader Training Weekend

Ready to step up and lead? This weekend is all about helping Scouts build the confidence and skills to guide their Patrols.

Through hands-on challenges, outdoor adventures, and teamwork tasks, young people will discover what it really means to lead – learning how to plan, motivate others, and keep their Patrols running smoothly.

It’s a fun and active weekend where Scouts will pick up real-life skills like communication, problem-solving, and responsibility – while working towards badges such as Patrol Leader, Team Leader, and Teamwork.

Can’t make it? The same training will run again from 6-8 February 2026, so save the date!

Please note: you can only take part in one Patrol Leader Training Weekend – either November or February, not both. When booking, remember there’s a maximum of four members per Troop.
