Leaders Skills Weekend

We’re bringing leaders from across Northern Ireland together at Crawfordsburn from 4–6 September 2026 for a weekend focused on learning, sharing ideas and supporting you in your role.
The weekend begins at 7.00pm on Friday and finishes at 12 noon on Sunday. Costing £20 per person, attendees can choose between camping or limited indoor accommodation.The programme will include an introduction and overview of Online Scout Manager (OSM) on Friday evening, followed by section-based learning sessions, programme ideas and practical skills on Saturday, as well as an evening social to connect with volunteers from across Scouts NI.
On Sunday, we’ll round off the weekend with a session on programme planning, helping you take fresh ideas and practical tools back to your section. As well as learning something new, there’ll be plenty of opportunities to share experiences, meet other leaders and enjoy being part of Scouts NI.
