NIJam 2027 is set to be one of the biggest scouting events in Northern Ireland, bringing together more than 1,000 young people and leaders for several days of adventure, friendship and unforgettable experiences.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Crawfordsburn, participants will camp together and take part in a wide range of activities, challenges and evening entertainment designed to create lasting memories.
Participants will have the opportunity to try a variety of activities including:
When the activities finish, the fun continues with live DJs, discos, campfires, NIJam’s Got Talent and plenty of surprises.
Scouts aged 14–17 can apply to take part in the Work and Play programme. This unique opportunity allows participants to support the event while also enjoying their own activities and camp experience.
Participants will work across three days and at least one evening supporting the event. In return, they will have dedicated play days where they can choose activities or relax on site.
Work and Play participants will be fully catered and will have their own camping area and social space to relax and enjoy evening entertainment.
Whether you’ve attended NIJam before or this is your first time, joining as staff means becoming part of the team that brings the event to life. From logistics and catering to media and programme delivery, every role helps create an incredible experience for participants.
If you’re aged 18+ and would like to be part of the team, we’d love to have you involved.
