We are seeking a Scouting Support Officer (Growth & Retention) to support the development and expansion of Scouting across Northern Ireland.

This role focuses on opening new provision, supporting local growth plans and strengthening volunteer recruitment and retention.

• Location: 109 Old Milltown Rd, Castlereagh, Belfast BT8 7SP
• Salary: £27,500 per annum
• Hours: 35 hours per week (Full Time – Permanent)
