Scouts Monopoly Run 2025

A huge thank you to all the Scouts and leaders who took part in the Belfast Monopoly Run.

It might’ve been a bit soggy at times, but that didn’t dampen any spirits! Over five hours, 26 teams took to the streets of Belfast, solving clues, finding ‘properties’, and building their bank.

Congratulations to 5th Ballymena – they earned the most Monopoly money, won Board 5 with Danny, and were crowned overall winners of the Monopoly Run!

Well done to the other board winners too:

• Board 1: 109th Belfast, led by Collette

• Board 2: 30th Belfast, with David

• Board 3: 5th Ballymena, with Emma

• Board 4: 10th Belfast, with Stephen

• Board 6: Derryloran, with James

Thanks to every leader who made today possible and supported their Scouts along the way – we couldn’t do it without you.

And a special shoutout to:

• Karen and Aaron – for helping plan the event and keeping everything running smoothly

• Jessica, Judith, Agnes, Jonny, Nathan and Aaron – for leading our comms throughout the day

• Karen and Anne – for braving the rain to get brilliant photos and check in with teams

It was a brilliant day of challenge, teamwork and fun – showing just what Scouts is all about.
