NI Leadership Day

The NI Leadership Day recently brought together Team NI, Regional Leads, District Leads, District Youth Leads and District Chairs for a day focused on Scouting in Northern Ireland.

Built around the theme ‘Uniting, Inspiring and Empowering Volunteers,’ the day gave everyone the chance to share ideas and experiences from across the movement. Through a series of sessions, we explored how we can better support our volunteers, strengthen the movement and continue to deliver great Scouting experiences for young people. There was also time to reflect on what’s going well and where we can keep developing and improving together.

It was fantastic to see so many people in the room. Bringing together a wide range of roles sparked rich conversation and offered valuable perspectives from across NI, showing the strength we have when we work collaboratively.
