County Assessor Roles

We are looking for suitably qualified people to take on the role of County Assessor in the following disciplines:

 

Stand-Up Paddleboarding – Must have one of the following British Canoeing Qualifications.
B1 waters – Stand Up Paddleboard Sheltered Water Coach or be a British Canoeing Paddlesport Instructor Provider (i.e. run Paddlesport Instructor Award Courses)
B2 watersRiver – Stand Up Paddleboard White Water Coach or be a Stand-Up Paddleboard White Water Coach Provider
Open Water – Stand Up Paddleboard Open Water Coach or be a Stand Up Paddleboard Open Water Coach Provider
Sea – Stand Up Paddleboard Open Water Coach and Stand Up Paddleboard Coastal Water Leader or be Stand Up Paddleboard Open Water Coach Provider and Stand Up Paddleboard Coastal Water Leader Provider
We are also looking to add to the number of county assessors for both Canoeing and Kayaking. Relevant minimum qualifications can be found HERE.
New County Assessors will also have to complete Module 25A which covers assessed learning in a scouting environment. It typically can be completed in one evening training session.
