Scouts NI welcomes everyone, regardless of gender identity or sexuality. We help celebrate the inclusive and diverse culture within Scouts NI by providing fun activities, useful webinars, thought-provoking discussions, and practical training and support, all focused on pride. Annually from 2019, we have taken an active part in participating at Belfast Pride in Northern Ireland showcasing our Scouting Values at their best!
Attending Pride events is a way of demonstrating our commitment to building a more inclusive society and openly welcoming LGBTQ+ members.
We have a clear Equality, Diversion and Inclusion Policy and attend Pride events to demonstrate our commitment to equality.
An explorer, adventurer and TV presenter, Dwayne's been seen in BAFTA nominated Channel 5 series Race to the Pole, on BBC Springwatch, Countryfile, National Geographic and Disney+.
