Funding and Grants

Looking for funding?

A small grant can make a big difference.

Whether you’re planning more adventures, improving your meeting place, or helping young people access unforgettable experiences, these funding opportunities could help your Scout Group take the next step.

RDC Foundation

Helping more young people get outdoors

The RDC Foundation offers grants of up to £1,000 to help Scout Groups buy outdoor equipment such as tents, camping kit and activity equipment.

They also offer funding for young people under 21 taking part in self-led adventures, including Explorer Belt expeditions.

As an added bonus, volunteers can apply for discounts with outdoor brands including Vango, Terra Nova and Mammut.
