Scout Badge Activity Booklets

During these strange times, the team at ScoutsNI have created some easy to read and complete activity books.  The booklets are to compliment badge work goals when we unfortunately can’t meet face to face, or during times of restrictions.  These booklets can be used in agreement with your Scout Leader to complete badge work either virtually or remotely.  We hope you enjoy the tasks and look forward to seeing your amazing completed work.

Have fun and keep on Scouting.

Consumer Council

Become a Scamwise Champion

In June 2018, the PSNI invited The Consumer Council to develop resources for the uniformed sector to learn about scams, how young consumers can protect themselves as well as passing this new knowledge to their family, friends, schoolmates, other Group members, neighbours and people living in their community.

The Consumer Council agreed to work in partnership with the uniformed sector to develop a resource that Leaders could deliver to the different age groups ranging from 10 upwards, with a number of challenges to be completed.

  • Click here for Leaders handbook giving further information on Scams and 16 activities to work through with your Scout Section

After completing the activities please complete the Evaluation Form on page 41

and the Badge and Certificate Order Form on page 42 and return to the NI Scout office at the address below.  The badges and certificates will be posted out to the Leader’s address.
