Ranged Activities

Ranged Activities

Target sports are great at engaging young people, as athletic or physical ability become less important, as patience, aim and determination are the key skills.

Archery

Do you think you have a good eye for archery? Why not come down to our range and test those skills! For those who have never held a bow or have only done archery a few times you too are most welcome. Working with our staff you are sure to improve your skills and show off to your friends

Tomahawks

This activity aims to improve hand eye coordination of the participant while also being an enjoyable activity with various challenges. The goal of the activity being to throw a tomahawk or throwing angle into a target attempting to get as close to the centre as possible.

Air soft Range

Do some target shooting with our air soft rifles. How good is your aim?

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
